The bending machine is a kind of machine which can bend the thin plate. Its structure mainly includes bracket, worktable and clamping plate. The worktable is placed on the bracket. The worktable is composed of the base and pressing plate. The base is connected with the clamping plate through the hinge. The base is composed of the base shell, coil and cover plate. The coil is placed in the depression of the base shell, and the top of the depression is covered with cover plate. When in use, the coil is electrified by the conductor, and the force of attraction is generated to the pressing plate after being electrified, so as to realize the clamping of the thin plate between the pressing plate and the base. Because of the use of electromagnetic force clamping, the pressing plate can be made into a variety of workpiece requirements, and can process the workpiece with side wall, and the operation is very simple.

The manual bending machine is divided into mechanical manual bending machine and electric manual bending machine. The hydraulic bending machine can also be divided into: torsional shaft synchronization, mechanical hydraulic synchronization, and electro-hydraulic synchronization according to the synchronization mode. Hydraulic bending machine can be divided into: up moving type, down moving type.
Sliding block part: hydraulic transmission is adopted, and the sliding block part is composed of sliding block, oil cylinder and mechanical stop fine adjustment structure. The left and right oil cylinders are fixed on the frame, the piston (rod) is driven to move up and down by the hydraulic pressure, and the mechanical stop is controlled by the numerical control system to adjust the value.
Table part: operated by button box, the motor drives the material retaining frame to move forward and backward, and the CNC system controls the moving distance, with the minimum reading of 0.01mm (travel switch limit is set at the front and rear positions).
Synchronous system: the machine is a mechanical synchronous mechanism composed of torsion shaft, swing arm, joint bearing, etc., with simple structure, stable and reliable performance and high synchronous accuracy. The mechanical block is adjusted by the motor and controlled by the numerical control system.
Material retaining mechanism: the material retaining adopts the motor drive, which drives the two screw rods to move synchronously through the chain operation, and the numerical control system controls the material retaining size.
