The Slider Cannot be Bent or the Bending Speed is Very Slow
The slider does not reach the speed conversion point.
Parameter setting of y-axis bending part of the system is not good.
Insufficient pressure, such as: programming operation reason, machine parameter setting reason, hydraulic reason, etc.
Check whether the status of y-axis changes from “2” to “3”. The actual value of y-axis should be greater than the value of speed conversion point. If not, adjust some parameters of fast forward.
Readjust the parameters of y-axis bending part.
Check whether it is a programming operation reason, a parameter setting reason, or a hydraulic reason; first check the signal of the main pressure and the proportional pressure valve with the help of the pressure gauge and the multimeter, and then check whether the proportional pressure valve and the main pressure valve are stuck, then check the filter element and the oil, and finally check the oil pump and its coupling.
Sometimes the slider cannot return when bending
No load cannot return, it may be a parameter problem or hydraulic failure.
During machining, it is not allowed to return, and the workpiece angle does not reach the set value.
During machining, it is not allowed to return, and the workpiece angle has exceeded the set value.
Debug some parameters of y-axis bending. The bending parameters should be adjusted according to the actual situation. If the partial gain is too small, the slider will not move or fold in place, and the slider will shake. Adjust the parameters to make the slider not shake, and the gain should be as large as possible; or if the left and right valve offset settings in the diagnostic program are not good, the too small Y-axis cannot be in place, and the too large Y-axis cannot be unloaded; if It is a hydraulic fault. It is necessary to check whether the main pressure is blocked when it is powered on!
It is possible that the parameter gain of y-axis bending part is set too small, which can be increased appropriately; or the pressure is not enough, and the reason for the pressure is analyzed, which is the programming reason or the signal and hydraulic part; the programming reasons mainly include die selection, plate thickness, material, workpiece length, bending mode, etc.; the hydraulic reasons mainly include whether the oil pump leaks internally, whether the proportional pressure valve is polluted or damaged, and the filter element Whether it is blocked, whether the oil has been contaminated, etc.
Mainly for programming and operation reasons, check the programmed and processed workpieces.
Poor slider movement
The slide rail is not properly tightened.
The lock nut of sliding block is loose.
Machine parameters need to be adjusted.
The gain and zero position of the proportional servo valve amplifier need to be adjusted.
The back pressure valve pressure is not set correctly or both sides are unbalanced. If the back pressure setting is too small, the slider will slide slowly and shake when working; if the two sides of the back pressure are unbalanced, the slider will twist when running.
Readjust the guide rail clearance.
Re lock, if the lock nut and screw are too loose, it needs to be replaced.
If there is a reference curve, it shall be adjusted according to the reference curve.
Only Bosch and Rexroth valves can be adjusted, but care should be taken.
Use the pressure gauge to adjust the back pressure valve pressure and make both sides consistent.
