The accuracy of each part directly affects the overall assembly of the bending machine mold. For surface strengthening, different strengthening methods should be selected according to the bending machine molds for different purposes.

For example, the blanking die can be strengthened by electric spark, hard alloy surfacing, etc. to improve the wear resistance and compressive strength of the surface layer of the die parts of the bending machine. Die-casting molds, plastic molds and other hot-working bending machine mold steel parts can be treated with nitriding (hard nitriding) to improve the wear resistance, thermal fatigue resistance and wear resistance of the parts. Deep drawing dies and bending dies can be treated with sulphurization to reduce the friction coefficient and improve the wear resistance of the material; carbonitriding (soft nitriding) can be applied to the surface strengthening treatment of various types of bending machine dies.

5.Correct use and maintenance

The correct use and maintenance of the press brake die is also a major factor in improving the quality of the press brake die. For example, the installation and debugging method of the CNC bending machine mold should be appropriate. In the case of a hot runner, the power supply wiring should be correct, and the cooling water circuit should meet the design requirements. The parameters need to be consistent with the design requirements and so on.

When using the bending machine mold correctly, it is also necessary to carry out regular maintenance on the bending machine mold. The guide posts, guide sleeves and other parts with relative movement of the bending machine mold should be filled with lubricating oil frequently. For the bending machine molds such as forging molds, plastic molds, and die casting molds, lubricant or The mold release agent is sprayed on the surface of the formed part. Planned protective maintenance of the press brake mold and data processing in the maintenance process can prevent possible problems in the production of the press brake mold and improve the efficiency of maintenance work.
