Main Features
- Our profile bending machine is an arc down-regulated 3 roll which can pre-bend the profile and complete circle-rolling and circle-checking procedures at one time.
- The bed of this machine is welded by steel plate after annealing treatment and hot treatment with enclosed frame structure. The location of upper roll is fixed and the two roll can make arc vertical movement around fixed center of gyration.
- The three rolls are drive rolls of which the power is supplied by hydraulic motor, and they can rotate clockwise and counter clockwise.
- The two lower rolls drive and lift stably and reliably.
- There are roll-lift device on the both sides of work roll to control the transformation of profile and bending precision.
