How to keep the hydraulic system clean of hydraulic shearing machines?
The bond temperature of cemented carbide is higher than that of high speed steel, so it has higher bond resistance and wear resistance.
There are a lot of hard carbides in cemented carbide. Its hardness is much higher than that of high speed steel. The higher the hardness is, the better the wear resistance is.
The toughness of cemented carbide is much lower than that of high speed steel, so it is not suitable for use in the case of strong impact and vibration.
The thermal conductivity of cemented carbide is higher than that of high speed steel.
1) Keep the system clean: change the oil and filter regularly. Good hydraulic oil contains a variety of additives, which can prevent the oil from deteriorating or blocking system parts. However, these additives will lose their effectiveness after a period of time. Therefore, the oil should be changed regularly to ensure that the additive works. The filter can only absorb a limited amount of dirt particles and other impurities from the oil. Replace the filter at the recommended intervals to keep the system clean.
2) Keep the hydraulic oil clean: store the oil in a clean place, and be careful when changing or refueling. Only use a cleaning funnel with a fine screen to pour oil from the container into the tank. Of course, the oil you use must be the type recommended by the equipment manufacturer.
3) Keep the working area clean: when filling or refilling the oil tank, make sure that the area around the filter cover is clean. Only use clean oil and funnel or container. Do not bring dirt into the system, only clean oil. When maintaining the hydraulic system, only clean plastic plugs should be used to seal the ends of pipes. When maintaining hydraulic components, the worktable must be clean. Check the condition of the tools used. They should also be very clean.
